A note about how you have been feeling

You reported you have not gotten help with how you have been feeling lately because you do not have transportation. Not having a reliable way to get around makes it very hard to get help. Some places that provide therapy and counseling are sensitive to this challenge and provide ways to help, like providing transportation or doing in-home treatment. Contacting different places, like community mental health agencies, and seeing if they can provide you assistance with transportation could allow you to get the help you want. Your doctor or your child's doctor may have information about which places you should contact.
