A note about how you have been feeling

You reported you have not gotten help with how you have been feeling lately because you don't have enough energy. That is the trap of depression and stress. It takes away your energy making it hard to even take a few steps towards feeling better. Sometimes doing even one little thing can give back enough energy to move forward. Examples might be walking around outside or in your home for 10 minutes, taking a bath just to relax, or calling a friend.
