Vomiting is not a typical side effect of medication so your doctor will check to see if there are other causes and then help you make medication changes to address this. Of course we are always concerned about dehydration and may need to give the child small amounts of fluid or such on popsicles if this recurs and if there is belly tenderness the child should be seen promptly.
